Hope your holiday season is full of love and family.
May your day after Christmas be full of GREAT DEALS.
And may your new year be full of new ventures waiting to be discovered.

Merry Christmas to you also Tammy and all of my friends here. This past year has been a year filled with many joys and challenges. We have said goodbye to cherished loved ones, welcomed a beautiful new baby, dealt with economic challenges and health challenges. As we look back on this year and move into the New Year, may we meet the day with love and hope. Have a wonderful day with your family and friends and I will see all of you in the New Year.
Memmey,
If you still are around, I have been thinking of you and wish you all the best for this Christmas and the New Year. May you remember your father with both tears and joy. Take care my friend:)

All I want for Christmas is a better spam filter on the C & B forums...:o
That being said, I wish all of my friends here a very Merry Christmas, or a Happy Holiday of your Choice!
We're bracing for a storm tomorrow - so far, they're predicting 6 to 12" of the white stuff...I worry about those who went away for the weekend and were planning on journeying tomorrow.
Enjoy your day, everyone, and hope Santa was good to you! ;)

Thanks! He is getting big...gained 2 lbs in the last month. And he's longer. The pants that fit at Thanksgiving now come down to just below his knees. I hope y'all had a Merry Christmas. We had SNOW last night! I don't ever remember having a white christmas...The dogs are SO excited. Especially our new puppy, Piper.

Thanks! We think he's the prettiest baby around, but we are biased. Our house wasn't too festive until the day before Christmas. We couldn't really afford a tree or decorations, but everything went on sale at Lowes a couple of days before Christmas, so we ended up getting a wreath, tree, and garland for under 25 bucks! Good thing you can't see our fall pumpkin still on the front porch
Hope you had a great Christmas Marie! Didn't Ohio get lots of snow?

I live in NW Ohio, and we had maybe 3 inches on the ground. I think NE Ohio got quite a bit.....I wish we would get a blizzard like in 1978.....what fun!

Your sleepy, little baby looks so content, CohenCottage...and just adorable! Thanks for sharing the photo.
We had 20 inches of snow here in Northern New Jersey...what a mess...and I had to shovel it all, myself. (NOT good to live on a corner!)

Your little boy is just beautiful CC:) Isn't it amazing how fast they grow. No snow here in Southern CA, but it has been very very cold. Down to freezing and today the snow level is dropping to 3000 feet. That means my Mom in Banning (about 50 miles away), will probably get a bit of snow. We just returned from Pahrump, Nevada. We were vising my husbands parents for a few days. It was really really cold. In the 20's and we were sure there would be snow, but none, just very cold. We came home yesterday and when we got up in the morning, the Cajon Pass was closed due to snow and black ice, but once the sun came up, it all melted and we sailed right through. We are staying home today and relaxing. I will probably be asleep when the New Year comes in:D Take care everyone, enjoy your New Years Eve, enjoy your family and friends, and be safe:)

Happy New Year to you, too, VG, and to the rest of you, too. I've been busy cleaning out and rearranging my pantry and refrigerators and am just about ready to take down the holiday decorations and rearrange my usual decorations for the new year. I'll probably go out to the container store today for some plate holders and such for the cupboards (which I also rearranged) and maybe treat myself to lunch out, but I plan to be firmly ensconced in my warm little bed well before midnight. I did buy a bottle of sparkling wine to have with dinner tonight. My cat and I will celebrate the New Year together.
I hope 2011 brings you all renewal, prosperity, and hope, especially those of you who have struggled with financial problems, deaths in the family, and job losses this year. Hey, at least we've got each other, right?

So glad you had a safe trip, vintagegirl! That ice can be sooo dangerous.
I am packing away more of my Christmas decorations today. The tree is still up, but we may start taking the ornaments off. I love it when just the lights are left on it!
I may still be awake when the New Year comes in, but I'll be snug in my little house with my fuzzy houseshoes on and all the kitties in front of the wood stove!
Happy New Year to all of you!!!
