Ahh, Thank you Lynzee and Zuzu. What a nice surprise to wake up to and find your greetings! Nothing is better than having your birthday fall on a weekend. Going out to brunch and a chick flick movie with DH, he's such a trooper, even gave up a day of golf for me :D

Heres my gift from him, I told him I didn't want anything but he bought me a live spring bouquet, it so beautiful the tulips are just about to open. It made me smile.

Rosemary, Gigi, and Lisa thank you also for the b-day wishes.
I have a friend who is a breast cancer survivor and she has taught me that birthdays are to be celebrated,not feared or dreaded. So when I was boo-hooing a few years back when I turned 50 she set me straight and opened my eyes. So bring em' on I say :D

And I had a wonderful day, brunch and a movie, chatted with family and friends, can't get any better than that. Well, the brownie a la mode wasn't bad either:rolleyes:
