My husband dropped something heavy on our new stove and chipped the enamel on the corner. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oh, what a shame about your stove! I bet there's some kind of liquid you can paint over the chip like the kind they use on sinks.

Lowe's sells an Appliance Touch Up Paint in a small container similar to that of "White Out". I used it on the corner of my cooktop when it got dropped coming out of the box. The result isn't showroom perfect, but I was pleased with the way it turned out.
Thanks so much for the info. I'll go today and look for it. My husband was re-hanging one of the kitchen cabinets after repairing it and dropped it on the stove. Lovely. But I'll try it and see how it works. Thanks!

If it is really dramatic and the touch-up stuff doesn't work, there are places that refinish antique stoves. I feel confident that they can help you if needed. My gas oven has some weird edges on it - - I wonder if they used that stuff on it. I really really REALLY want one of those antique or antique-styled stove/ovens, so I have investigated this more than your "average beat" - - let me know how it turns out.
Sincerely,
Jenny
Oooooo- I hope you can find a way to repair this corner on your new stove. I wonder if there's a filler-like a filler for wood-but for stove material??? Touch up paint will work too- and I bet it won't be no time until you can't see the damage anymore.
