Does anyone know the house colors on the front of the premiere issue of cottages and bungalows?

Hi Louanne,
I'm so glad you like the cover house colors. Me, too!
Regarding identifying paint colors, as a rule of thumb, if you like any paint (or fabric, etc.) color you see printed in a magazine, it is best to bring the magazine into the paint store (or fabric store, etc.) and get a match. That's because the paint that was used on the house will look a bit different in the magazine due to the printing process as well as the photograph, lighting, fading, etc.
Original colors used were Full Moon (body) which had faded, Forest Green and Flower Pot Red by Sherwin Williams.
Robert Schweitzer, C&B contributor and an expert in historic house colors, suggests the following combination to recreate the 1911 Craftsman bungalow's festive color scheme seen on the cover:
Sherwin Williams products
Body - Birdseye Maple 2834
Trim - Coral Island 6332
Window trim - Lemon Verbena 7726
Robert's Bungalow Basics column and Color Concepts column alternate in each issue of C&B. Recently he worked with Benjamin Moore to develop the Historic Lifestyles of the West color palette.
Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams are two companies that offer historic color palettes.
Web sites: benjaminmoore.com and sherwin-williams.com.
Robert Schweitzer's Web site: historichousecolors.com
I hope you find this information helpful.
Thank you for being a part of C&B's community!
Best wishes,

I added Robert's suggestions for the Premiere issue's exterior colors.
I edited my first message so check it out for the details.
Thanks!
Hillary
