My finds today

So I went to Goodwill and found the table runner. I needed something to put on my microwave stand....a 3 drw chest. I found a little shop that was open after 5:30 when I get done with work. The basket has shells on it and is filled with popourie (Sp), and the book was $2 and has lots of pretty gardens in it.
Not that great of stuff....but thought I would share....I went to a garage sale that sounded good. It was supposed to be open till 7. I got there at 5:30
and they already closed up. grr. It was a moving sale.

What a cute box! The book looks fun, too. I love looking at pictures of other people's gardens....so much easier than going out into the cold and working on my own, lol. Good job with the Goodwill trip! Isn't it satisfying when you go into someplace like Goodwill and find just the right thing for one of those empty spots that's crying out for a decoration?

The book looks great!

My mother had a pretty basket like that that my aunt had decorated with shells in a similar fashion...inside were coasters.

The eyelet runner screams "cottage"! :-)

Sorry you missed the moving sale - things might have gotten slow and the people running it were pooped by then, so decided to close ahead of schedule. Disappointing for you! :(
