Beach themed inspiration pics

I just have to share this with you guys, especially those of you that like the lighter beachy look. This gal has a blog the "beach cottage" and she has created these inspiration pics, check them out and drool. I've bookmarked them to go back to.

Annielinz- Thank you for sharing---what a wonderful idea! We have a dozen or more of white paper round lanterns right now-but I sure will be keeping my eye for these...

You share some of the best ideas! I also LOVE the site you shared- I keep telling my husband our beach home is going very white, very cottage--- he keeps say...he's not sure about that... I'll have to show him some of those pics on that site...

Those lanterns look just like the ones the kids and i did at Halloween. We collected cans - and I might add the cheap spaghetti sauce that comes in the can (we use it) are the best cans as the interior of them are already white to help throw the light. We painted the outside orange on ours and then punched jack-o-lantern faces on them and also did some letters on each to spell out - boo or spooky..
then we hung them along our picket fence on halloween night to give the kiddos some light to walk to. It was fun and the huge crop-o-dile tool for scrapbooking was great as it punches holes in anything.

Lovely! Some of the pics are definitely beach-themed, yet others could work anywhere - like way up high in the mountains in a Tiny House! ;):)
