Beach house garage/studio painted...

Almost done! We had a small window of good weather this weekend and we started the job.

The garage before was a pale washed out yellow with washed out wedgewood blue trim.. NOW it's a true to color traditional Maryland firestone brick red with white trim...640

Next we are going to "WHITE" out the entire inside of the garage... just another step to getting our beach house wedding ready for September...

Did that take alot of coats of paint? It sure looks GREAT! The inside sounds cool too.. whited out walls and ceiling? What's on the floors? What kind of furniture/accessories inside?

Thanks everyone... Heather-surprisingly it will only take 2 coats of the red, and 2 coats of the white.

Will you be making the windowboxes or buying them? I'm wondering where people find premade windowboxes at or even the supports. All I can find are the ones you hook over the railing on decks. :eek:
