Suggestion to Prevent Spam

Another thread has started regarding all the spam we are getting here.

Please read the thread. Lynzee has shared a great idea that may prevent spammers from ruining this wonderful forum.

Good grief, while I am posting this I saw that OemSOFT was back in the forum - perhaps getting ready to post more spam?

Can you please let us know if you can do something to prevent spamming - other than coming in after the fact to delete them?

I think all of the suggestions will help prevent the spammers from posting. This is a great forum with wonderful people. I`d hate to see members leave because of the spamming problem.

The spammers are slowly but surely starting to take over. Just had another one join and post. It's getting to be very frustrating to come here and try to read and post. I've missed several good threads and posts lately because they were lost in the sea of spam. :(
