Thank you for the nice welcome. I think I'll be moving to the Easley/Anderson area of S. Carolina. It seems to check most of the boxes in my list. I'll be having lots of questions & before pictures since this will be a budget decorating project. It's scary to start from scratch but that's what I'll be doing.

Welcome Flitter. I am new also and really enjoy it here. Everyone is very nice and you learn so much! I am really looking forward to seeing the pics of your new home and the renovation.
