The spammers are out of control again

Why oh why, can't they stop this. I am a member of 4 others forums and they DO NOT have this problem. It is way out of control here and there is absolutely no reason why it should still be happening here.

They need to take care of this problem now. Being that it is a forum supported by a magazine, I would think they would have Tech guys that can fix this problem. I am beginning to think we may all need to find a new home, as this is absolutely rediculous. Not that I want to, but things have totally became out of control here. I know they keep on telling us they are working on it. I would think it would actually be a fairly easy fix. Maybe they don't really care, but I would hope that would not be the case.

I actually emailed someone from the C & B Magazine website earlier this week, but so far no response from them. :(

Thanks everyone for your help on this.

It looks like a few persistent spammers have been able to get through so once we get the upgrade in place, this problem should stop. Unfortunately when they get in they hit us with 100 or so at once so it looks like a lot of spammers when it's really just a few.

We appreciate your patience. Some of you had expressed an interest before so if you'd like to help (be an administrator) on this forum with us, please email me directly at the office. Two or three folks would be great.
