No I don't need anyone to come get me out of the pokey. :D I went down to ask the female owner if she would like some of the purple iris' I dug up over the weekend and see that she is scraping. Now this gave me a big jump of excitement and then she tells me that she is painting the trim white. Yes!!! Then proceeds to tell me that she is painting the body yellow! This is uncomfortably close to my color choices for my house but oh well. It bugged her that the whole place was painted grey too. Her hubby just left her and their daughter so I think she is looking for a new beginning that isn't so depressing looking and well yellow would do it.

I'm so thrilled that the battleship will be gone.:) And I won't have to paint the place in the dead of the night and get arrested for unlawful painting of the neighbors house. ;)

Oh yeah, HER - I remember that I was on my way out there too to help paint the blasted thing. Did I tell you I'm painting my house battleship grey? Looks good too, I think.

You are going to paint the trim some other color aren't you? Don't make me show up unannounced! :p Honestly her house would have been so sharp if the trim was painted some color. White, black, red, geez anything besides the body color.

Oh beautiful! I was thinking of black as an accent for her house if she left it grey but just kept my mouth shut. I had already let it slip that I'd been plotting my late in the night paint job for quite awhile. :o

she got the windows painted and wouldn't you know it. YOu can't tell they are a different color than the grey siding. Can't wait until she gets that yellow up there. It will be so pretty!
