Okay had to post something so that last spammer didn't show up. How rude. Could care less how he keeps it hard :)
Anyway - we took all the parts we wanted and could get off of the piano and then proceeded to take the rest to the street for trash pick up. The only bad part is that the back side is hooked to the cast iron that held all the strings - talk about heavy ..we were hoping the metal scavangers that collect metal for cash would take it but no - so we have to go out with sledge hammers tomorrow to break it into manageable pieces so the trash guys are able to lift it.
The keys were really ugly so we didn't save them..but got some awesome wood pieces off of it. Going to enjoy thinking of things to make out of them.

Ha, my hubby put an old piano out on the sidewalk in front of his shop. Anything that you put out there disappears overnight. Well, all they did was take the cast iron and left the rest, shoulda known that would happen!
