Just wanted to share with you what I came up with today. I went thru all my ribbons and left over fringe then took an already made tassel and embellished it. The one on the left is the before the right is the after. The little angel is from the dollar section at Michaels from last year.

Hi Annie, :)

Very creative. That is what Cottage living is suppose to be all about. Taking what you have, or salvaging a piece, and making it into something special with little or no money. Thanks for sharing.

Have a good day!

Hugs,
Linda :)

Thanks guys. You're going to think I'm a tassel freak but I found these ornaments on clearance at Home Goods this weekend and saw tassel potential.:D The ornament was a knob with feathers kind of boring.Used a lot of the same ribbon I had on hand, and a little nest.
Here they are, before and after.

You know you have blessed with the natural talent and I think you should nourish your talent so that you get more sharpness in your skill.

You have just put the life to the dead things and I really appreciate that.

Yes, Cheapdiva I have seen Cindy's at Romantic home, hers' are lovely. She is such a talented lady.

They are fun to make. I'm on the look out for different items to use as the base, makes it more like a quest. :)
