Weren't we talking about all the different ways to seal butcherblock awhile back? I just found out about a new product that is beeswax, carnuba wax, and olive oil. You can use it on granite/concrete/butcher block, also as a furniture polish, and on floors. Haven't tried it personally but found out about it through a store that carries environmentally friendly home products. Here is the link...I'm going to order some soon and will report back on my experience.

Where are you going to use it, CC? Counter tops?

Counter tops (whenever we get them)

Furniture (parson's table and the fancy credenza)

Floors (after we stain them with AFM's Durastain and seal them with AFM Hardwax Oil). Apparently doing beeswax over an oil/wax sealant helps add an additional layer of protection to your floors...
