Not sure what happened in the last 24 hours, but strange another website came up when I clicked this link.

Lots of spam too. Too much to take care of one at a time. :(

Hillary, Would it be possible for us to delete spammers that have over 50 post, as it takes such a long time to remove them 1 by 1. If the spammer has over 50 post, we can't delete all at the same time.

My understanding is several websites got hacked yesterday, maybe that's what happened here? The main one I'm a part of is still not back up.

Yesterday's website was the parent site of the magazine, Beckett.

Yes I noticed the site problem yesterday also and emailed Hilary. Very weird and of course tons of spam today:( I put up a couple new posts to try and bump them off, but their is so much that I would have to put up a LOT of new posts!

I was able to delete the threads. That doesn't ban these particular spammers (that can still be done by the admin) but at least it gets the threads off of our New Posts page. At least I didn't have any trouble logging in today. I don't mind taking the time to delete the threads one by one as long as I can log in. It was nice to see the forum back. I tried navigating around on the Beckett Media page that was up last night but couldn't find the C&B forum there anywhere. All kinds of weird Internet things are going on. My Internet didn't work at home today, so after I spend 30 minutes on hold with my phone company, they told me they were doing some maintenance in my area and I should be back up by tonight. I hope so!

Yep, I thought we'd become a sports forum:p! Wonder if they were seeing our forum when they clicked on theirs? Bet they weren't very happy about a bunch of ladies painting chairs and buying dishes at flea markets:p!
