About 3 inches so far and still coming down. Ashley and I are headed off to Ft. Wayne, it is going to be a LLOONNGG drive there. 1 hour on good roads, probably 1 1/2 hours today. I know I am crazy for even going, but I have done 0 % Christmas shopping for my family, my list is very short, but we only have Walmart here, so not much choice. Going to check out Target, Kohls, and the mall. Everyone have a great weekend and drive safely. Looks like part of the east got LOTS of snow.

About 2 p.m. - Here in Northern NJ the tiny flakes are just starting to fall, yet a friend of mine in the southern part of the state already has five inches! They're predicting 3 to 5 for this afternoon and then another 5 to 10 this evening! I did some running around this morning, and have the shovels and ice melter at the ready. :rolleyes:

I wish you and Ashley a safe trip to Ft. Wayne!

Wow the East coast is sure getting a wallop of snow, eh? Out here it's mild and wet - I'm not even wearing my winter jacket!

I'm jealous! ;) It's 21 degrees here and I haven't been outside yet. It doesn't seem that we got as much snow as predicted; it looks like maybe 7 inches or so...but I'll know exactly later, when I go out to shovel!

I bet it is beautiful with all the snow. We were in the high 70's yesterday and I had the windows open and the ceiling fans on. I don't like the cold, but I would love to have a white christmas:)

It's a whopping 29 degrees now - we shoveled everything out; we wound up with about 10 inches. My friend, who lives in S. Jersey, has 20 inches of snow on the ground!
