Wasn't this spring amazing?! I'll pass along a pic of our hydrangeas.

I guess I wouldn't use the word "amazing" since we've had nothing but rain here in Washington for months on end, LOL. But your hydrangeas are gorgeous! I love hydrangeas...they really know how to fill up a vase!

What beautiful flowers!!! Our spring has been nice so far. A bit of rain, but not too much, and temps below normal. My rose garden is doing great:)

Very pretty. Your garden is so neat.
Spring has been a roller coaster here. It rained a lot here and their was massive flooding. Fema is making rounds to help the victims. Luckily my house was not in the flood zone and neither was my family. The weather has been really nice for a few day this week but hot, hot, hot mostly. Maybe summer will be good?

Lovely Hydrangeas! They are really gorgeous, allen820!
Our spring was crazy, too. Lots and lots of rain and storms. No flooding in our home, but the county had plenty. It's hot here, too, Carrie--but it's better than all those tornadic storms!!

Beautiful flowers. I tried to grow those once, it didn't work. ;)
Our Spring has been nothing but rain and cool weather. We have had a few hot days, then it stormed. This is the rainiest/coolest Spring into Summer I remember in years. Not nice at all.

Those are beautiful. I bought my first hydrangea last year and it has lots of blooms this year, but it needs to be watered twice a day in hot weather! I don't think I'll be getting another one cause of that, but they sure are pretty.

I'm lucky to live someplace where hydrangeas grow well and where it's seldom too hot for them. Mine is getting flowers, but oddly, they're all down around the bottom of the bush. There are lots of lovely leaves everywhere else, but no blossoms so far. I wonder if it has something to do with the way they pruned it last year. I've got another little hydrangea growing in a container. My sister gave it to me in February of 2010 for my birthday, and it has survived a winter outside in its pot and seems to be doing well. It had pink blossoms when I got it, and I love that color. It doesn't have any blossoms this year, but maybe when it's bigger it'll get some. I suppose one day I'll need to actually plant it in the ground. I don't know how long it'll live in a container.
