Cookie Cure. Soft “gingies” are a treasured recipe from Darien’s grandmother. “She swears they are a cure-all for any ailment,” she says.
Gingerbread Goodness. Darien’s sons love decorating traditional gingerbread cookies and she loves the rich flavor of molasses and ginger. “They’re so good dipped in a steaming cup of tea! We have afternoon tea every day, so fresh cookies are always a wonderful addition,” she says.
