Pitch Perfect co-stars Anna Camp and Skylar Astin just raised a for-sale sign at their 1920s Spanish Colonial cottage, according to Compass. At $2.45 million, the 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom listing doesn’t fall within everyone’s ideal price range, but if you’re curious about how to mix early nineteenth-century foundations with modern designs, here’s a peek!

The 3,168 square-foot private and fully-gated dwelling boasts renovated appliances that complement accent pieces reminiscent of an old Spanish Colonial cottage, Compass agents Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling state in their listing. The home, which sits in the Los Feliz neighborhood, is a 10-minute drive from popular Los Angeles attractions like the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign.
